Why Only One Copy?
Whenever I go to print multiple copies of anything - I'm unable to select how many copies I would like to print when I select my laser printer. If I select any other printer, the option is no longer greyed out.
I've tried updating the printer drivers... Used updated ones, used old ones - doesn't matter. Doesn't let me do it.
Any ideas why?!

That is very strange. If you have multiple printers try this. Disconnect all the printers except your laser printer and then run through the Windows "Add Printer Wizard" and tell it you want to choose from a list of printer drivers and select the "Generic / Text Only." Once you install it then try to print specifing the Generic /Text only printer and see if it will let you select multiple pages.
