Windows Firewall checkbox greyed out...

I have two partially-dead routers on my hands so I'm forced to connect through a switch and ZoneAlarm running on all my PC's until my new one arrives.

On one PC (laptop), I can't enable the Windows Firewall, Service Pack 1, because it's greyed out. Any advice? I'd rather use that then ZA. I have not disabled any services either (although it shows some are disabled though).

Have you checked to make sure in Admin Tools/Services that
Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) / Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
is not disabled?

Uh, well...

Laptop HD just died so it's not much of an issue now! I'll check though once I get a new drive.
