I built a new computer with windows xp pro, everything is great but when I use the scroll bar on the right it works weird. The page kind of wands over from top to bottom and doesn't just move the page up and down like normal. This is very difficult to use and I can't find a setting for it. I have several other computers using xp home edition and this is not a problem. Maybe something to do with pro?? Does anyone have any experience with this?
