Hello.
I have a Dell latitiude Cpi D266Xt. have used it for three months and seemed to be ok.
Here is the problem. If anyone can help me out with this i'll really appreciate it.
I turn the computer on, three caps light goes on and after 2 seconds the computer shuts off. (No fan No go No nothing basically).
So presuming it is a battery problem i take out the battery to test it. It is giving all 5 (full charge). I take the battery out and connect it directly to the adapter. Yet again after 2 secs it turns off.
So my best bet is that it is a motherboard problem and i might have to get it replaced?. Any suggestions will be great. Also if anyone knows of a quote of how much its going to cost to repair.
