We have been building a new PC for some time. It uses a 775 socket motherboard and HT 3.4 P4 processor. We had everything hooked up, and started to install Windows XP Home Edition and it has Service Pack 2 on it. Well we knew the PC had a heat issue (but this isnt the problem) and right after we created a partition for XP, the PC turned itself off due to heat exaustion (excuse my spelling). One of the fans wasnt hooked up, but this isnt the problem.
Ever since the PC shut down during the installation, when we boot in normal mode, it constantly says, "Error Loading Operating System." I am not sure how to fix this problem. We really havent tried anything, we didnt touch anything in Config-mode either. Please help, not sure how to fix this problem. Thanks again.
