No Hard DRive Showing

I have 2 internal HD's. My computer, just restarted and then my second HD doesnt show up. I dont know whats going on, please help

I just check the bios, and it is not seeing it. it says, "none"
Specs are;
AMD Athlon XP 2400+
2.00GHz
480 mb ram

if you have another computer, i would go online and get the hard drive test for hard drives.

Were both drives on the same IDE? I would set each as a single drive and see if the bios sees each drive.

Sorry, but Im kinda a noobie here. How can I set each as a single drive? It used to me drive E.

Sorry. they were both on the same IDE. I dont have a coupler to change it to a master drive instead of a slave drive. also, as an update. I checked to make sure no cables were loose, then powered down. when I rebooted, it showed up, but once I tried to access the drive, it started making noise, like small beeps, and the my computer froze.
