XP Home password crack.

soemone has left our office, leaving an xp home pc with a password protected administrator and owner account. we need to get data from this pc, and i was hoping to not have to remove the HDD and then need to rebuild.

i got hold of some bootdisk that was supposed to clear the admin account .... it didn't.

any suggestions greatly appriciahted.

You might try booting from Knoppix and copying the info over to another machine.

Or get the Ultimate Boot CD and go change it.
