One day i was fixing a computer and added a hard drive to it. and the hard drive that i added, just crashed it would receive power or something, when i turn on the computer everything else takes power but this hard drive,doesnt even make a noise. any solutions?

have u tried different power connectors? if not then I would try the hd in a different comp just for safety sake and if it still doesn't work then I would rma it

I tryed it in another computer and it still wont even make a noise or showed any action.

rma = return it for a replacement....sounds like it's doa....u'll hafta contact whoever u bought it from and have them replace it...where did u buy it from? | |

go to the shop and tell them their hdd sh** the bed...and u need a new one. was it the new harddrive that died? or the one that was already in it...either way...the hdd probably died...time to go to the shop and tell em their hdd died...how old is it? | |
