word into powerpoint?

i have a word document and excel spreadsheet i need to put into powerpoint. is there an easy way to do this?

open up word, go to file, send to and click power point presentation

this usually works if the word is set up as an outline

thanks, i ended up doing print screens and then pasting them into powerpoint. pretty simple i just didnt think of it at first. when i did a straight copy and paste i lost some of the formatting, but doing the print screens worked perfect.

You can also just insert it as an object from within Powerpoint and it wont lose any formatting.
