"Device driver stuck in an infinite loop"
Well that's the message I get when I try to play games in WinXP Pro. I have an ATI Radeon 32mb DDR. Soyo K7ADA mobo. I've tried the last 2 latest Radeon drivers and they all got the same result. It only works well with the driver that came with WinXP Pro, but that doesn't support OpenGL. The error involves the Ati2dvag.dll file, and the stop message is 0x000000EA and bunch of other numbers followed. Technet suggests updating to the lastest driver, which of course was of no help. Does anyone here have a solution?
edit: that should be ati2dvag.dll.Last edited by Ebisoba; February 22nd, 2002 at 06:14 PM.

Not necessarily a "solution"...
Is that "Atidrag.dll" from ATi or XP?
If it's from ATi, try copying one from XP disk if it has it.
If from XP, try copying from ATi disk if it has it.
Might be a version conflict.
