Pop-ups

Hi,

Anyone knows a program that will get rid of POP-UPS like Computer Registry cleaner and Ebay, that come on everytime I log on.

I've tried Noadware and Spybot, and I have Armor2net to stop pop-ups and nothung works, I also tried a registry cleaner without success.

I'v got Win XP pro

Thanks
Germain

try the microsoft anti-spyware beta from www.microsoft.com . Also, what browser are you using?

Do you have SP2 installed? It has a pretty good pop-up stopper that seems to stop most pop-ups. Heck, it even stops the "show new instant message in seperate window" from coming up.

Thanks guys,

I did both, downloaded the Microsoft (Beta) and installed SP2

This should work.

Ciao

I've installed google toolbar search and it keeps all pop-ups at bay. It really is working fine.
