| Problem deleting Spyware/AdWare
There is a program named ISTsvc.exe located on my hard drive in C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\ISTsvc.exe, and I cannot find a way to delete it. I googled it and this is the description I have found, obviously not something I want running on my system! Quote: Description:
istsvc.exe is an advertising program by Integrated Search Technologies. This process monitors your browsing habits and distributes the data back to the author's servers for analyses. This also prompts advertising popups. This program is a registered security risk and should be removed immediately. Please see additional details regarding this process
| It can't be deleted becuase it is a running process, and the moment I end it it starts running again, making it impossable for me or any spyware removal program to get rid of it. I recently ran all my spyware programs and this is the only file that I can't get rid of.
Is there any special way with command prompt or something to get rid of this? I really don't wan't people spying on me. And I have also lost games of Warcraft 3 and gotten killed a few times in Counter Strike Source because of the popups. In the year I have had my computer I have had my computer I have NEVER gotten random popups. Thanks.
