| CPU running at 100%
I finally got my new pc build and am having major software problems. My CPU wants to run at 100%. I have only been running internet explorer and task manager. and it seems that internet explored wants to use all of the cpu. and sometimes task manager also. Has anyone ever had a similar problem?

When you open Windows Task Manager, select the Processes tab, and click on the heading that says CPU, this will let you sort the processes by the percent of CPU being used by each process. Are any of them using more than 80 or 90 percent all by themselves?
