TT Harcano 13
I know this isn't critical, but it's still hardware that's not functioning

Lost the install guide, but didn't think it would be too difficult. The main problem is that it's not reading the temps on the display because I can't install the driver that's on the CD. Whenever I try to DL the driver that's on the CD I get an error message stating something along the lines of "USB device can't be found, connect the USB device before installing". The Hardcano connects via USB, and I have it plugged in, thought I had it the wrong way so I flipped it, and still getting the same message. If it matters I have the Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe and it's on USB 7/8.
