Unable to log you on because of an account restriction.

When I try to log into the administrator account I get this error. "Unable to log you on because of an account restriction." This computer has alot of adware and spyware.

I ran a Hijack This scan from the only user account set to admin privs and deleted everything in the long list. A few items remain. This is what the Log looks like now.

Any advice would be greatly appriciated.

Also when I try to install the Microsoft Antispyware program that I downloaded on 3/19/05. I get this error.
"Error 1402.Could not open key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Cure ntVersion\Run." Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
