No Hard Disk detected while repairing RAID 0 HDD's(2)

System specs are listed in my signature. I ended up hitting this stupid corrupt system32/system file AGAIN!! (4th time in 5 years). Anyway, I already know how to repair the file corruption, what I am having a problem with is getting the system to recognize the 2 hard drives in RAID 0 on the separate controller. When I go into system repair via the windows xp pro disk, it gives me the choice to repair the current windows installation. I choose repair and it tells me there is no hard disk detected on the system, repair cannot continue. How can I get windows repair to detect 2 hard disks on a PCI card controller?

Raid Controller is Pacific Digital Talon Z-4
2 hard drives Western Digital 74 GB Raptor drives
ABit NF7-S
