microsoft natural multimedia keyboard

i have had this for some time and i can find no paperwork etc. my problem is some of the one touch keys do not work. the following do work email, web/home, media, volume, calculator. the following do not work my documents, my pictures, my music and messenger. is there a way to activate these, as i said i have nothing, no manual, disc etc. any advice greatly appreciated, in advance thank you
