I've only had this laptop for almost 2 years but just this morning I noticed the screen was dark. I can get it to brighten again, but only for a few seconds by hitting Fn+F8 (CRT/LCD). All of the power settings are set to never shut anything off. I would think it is an inverter or something like that, but I doubt the screen would come back on regardless of what I press. And it can't be the LCD screen. Does anyone have any advice, besides to take it somewhere and have them look at it?
