I wouldn't recommend any of those sadly. The Q-tec specs are not listed at planetmicro or the q-tec website. The second one is a generic and so has absolutely no info on it. I can't find the website for the third one so I can't read the specs for it.
PSU's are hard to shop for, and the manufacturers don't help. The first thing is to ignore the power rating...they're worthless and never accurate. What you need to look at is the continuous amperage ratings on the different voltage rails. (I'm sure that was all gibberish). For example, my system is very similar to yours (except swap the 9800 pro for a 5900 ultra) and my power supply is a 300 watt PSU. However, it is also an Antec and a predecessor to the true power series and so is about as powerful as that 500 watt PSU you mentioned, if not more so. Also my power supply still has not given me any troubles, and so is a good example of power ratings not meaning much. A good friend of mine has a good way of describing them. The ratings they give are the "if struck by lighting ratings".
Generally speaking, you want a PSU that can supply at least 18 amps on the +12V rail. (don't worry about what that means, just simply that whichever PSU you choose meets or exceeds that spec).
Are there any other good websites in the UK for computer parts? |

Of those three, I'd say go with the Q-Tec. It seems to be a decent PSU. |

I'd suggest looking for a site which lists the amps per rail or search for a power supply listed on there site and read up on the amps per +3.3v , +5v , +12v rails. Wattage without proper amps is worthless. I wouldn't go with anything with less than 25amps per rail.

I don't think I'd trust any of those three with my machine. Some of the TT units are decent and so are TTGI/SuperFlower and Coolmax/ATNG.
