When i turn on my computer, it freezes on the motherboard main screen. This is a very recent thing, even today i was loading windows. My specs are in my signature

so i should reseat my ram, I'm pretty sure the mobo is fine cuz i was just using it 15 min ago with no problems |

see how it boots when you unplug the hard drive data cables (and cd drive cables, too) |

Yes, up to a point. Look out for messages about system disks, operating systems or similar. |

reset your bios (either via the jumper or pull the battery out for a few minutes) was it overclocked?
./edit try booting with only one stick of memory in..if that dosen't work then switch the stick of memory your using if you have more than one stick. |
