how to disable the laptop's admin password at startup

I want to know the information about how can disable my system's admin password. as i was working with my laptop but it doesn't work. someone have
changed the password. and i am unable to use my laptop. so please help me
how can i disable the admin password at the startup. so that i can use my
laptop without waisting my time and money.
so please help me in doing so.
if you need the model no of the laptop then it is of BRAND DELL AND MODEL NO IS LATITUDE D610.
SO PLESAE HELP TO REMOVE THE ADMIN PASSWORD THAT IS ON THE MOTHERBOARD. SO PLEASE I REALLY NEED THE HELP FROM YOU.
