CPU @ 100% despite anti spyware/virus progs

My CPU jumps up to 100% as soon as the internet connection is enabled. Rather than write a post asking for assistance and sit back helpless waiting for a response, I have been trying to solve the problem myself, using this website as reference. Ive tried everything I can, and followed the tips @ http://www.bullguard.com/forum/10/Dr...elp_10513.html.

I have downloaded and tried:
ScanSpyware
CCleaner
Stinger
TDS-3
Sysclean
McAfee
AdAware

I'm not computer illiterate, but I have had to research and teach myself (possibly in error) how to combat this problem. Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated :hands over cold glass of beer: This is a last attempt before having to format - gasp

Remove these:

O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_02\bin\npjpi150_02.dll

And I can't find any info on "jrgwe.exe" and "vc9i9u14.exe", both run at startup.

Thanks for the hijack link.. i had found it before and already ran it but I still had the same problems. I will try again after deleting jrgwe.exe" and "vc9i9u14.exe

Thanks guys

EDIT

After taking your advice.... this is the new log file. The CPU seems to be happy staying around 5 - 15% for now. Lets hope it stays this way! Thanks for all the help and time put into helping my problem. I have saved the HiJackThis analyze links for future reference.

Uninstall MacAfee, and download AVG Free: : http://www.majorgeeks.com/download886.html

Uninstall it by going to Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs>then find MacAfee and click on it, and click on the Cange/Remove button.

After MacAfee has been removed, you may find your computer running much better. This may not be the problem, but MacAfee has caused problems on people's computers.

Wintop.exe, the Microsoft kernel toy, is good for showing CPU use of different processes. I'm not sure what Windows versions it works on; my W95 version works fine under 98SE, though.

Alright I'm back at the comp 6 hours later and the CPU is back up to 100%. I have correctly uninstalled McAfee, restarted the comp, and no change. The CPU speed seems to work fine for the first 5 - 10 minutes after restart, then it tanks. Any ideas?
