Epson R320 - Bleed Through Problem

I'm using an Epson Stylus Photo R320. I'm using Epson cartridges and Epson paper. I've used the heavyweight matte paper and had great results. But now I'm trying to use the Epson premium bright white paper or the slightly heavier Epson photo quality inkjet paper and having bad bleed through problems. On the bright white paper - it's totally unacceptable and the weight of the ink badly distorts the page. Slightly better results with the photo quality paper but the bleed through still creates waves in the paper.

I make sure and click on the correct paper changing between bright white, photo quality, and heavyweight matte when I should. I've tried changing the settings going from Best Photo to just Photo to Photo with Text and there is still too much ink being put on the paper.

I've even gone into the Advanced Setting and reduced the amount of Cyan, Magenta, and Pink that it uses. Still getting too much ink.

How can people even use the premium bright white and photo quality paper for photos? I'm finding those papers to be totally unusable. Any thoughts on how to adjust the amount of ink used?

I've run across "Ink Configuration" settings that can be adjusted for other Epson printers, but there is no such button or settings for the R320 that I can see.

Shouldn't premium bright white be set to the plain paper position?
Are you running the latest version of the drivers for your printer? I've found that the latest version of drivers for my Canon are much better than the original. With my Canon I've found that just about all matte papers work better at the plain paper setting. If I use any of the matte paper settings that I could use with my i450, the pages get way too much ink.
