want my hdd to be slave drive
hi.
I want my hdd to be slave. done jumper setting for slave & attached it to cable already having master drive. bios detects the slave drive but windows explorer doesnot show the drives on slave disk. Please help?

What OS?
So this slave drive already contains data? NTFS/FAT32? The drive letter does show in win exp?

Is the drive new or used?
Does the drive contain data?
Has it been partitioned and formatted?
If you're using an 80 wire cable is the slave drive on the middle connector?
