Nothing on screen on bootup

When booting my machine, I get nothing on the screen, nothing at all. I get one post beep, the keyboard lights flash, the hard drive spins up, everything looks normal except nothing on the screen. I upgraded the video drivers immediately prior to this but I don't see what this could have done. If something went wrong I would still see the bios screen wouldn't I? I have tried the video card, monitor, power supply and memory on another computer and they are fine. Anyone have any suggestions?

I would double and triple check that the video card is all the way in the agp slot. Sometimes a case isn't made just right and it will keep the card from seating correctly. With agp cards just a tiny little bit will keep it from working.

what operating system?


did you upgrade the video drivers or did you flash the video bios?

I have reset all cards, I'm using Win XP, and I just upgraded the drivers not flashed the bios.
