powerdown issues

Hey guys,

Has anyone experienced an issue with their comp, where when you turn it off, like 5 minutes later, it will turn on...well mine is, obviously.

It appears to be random as well. I'm fairly sure it's a mobo issue. But I can't be certain. Does anyone have any suggesetions to figure this one out?

My specs are as follows:

msi k8n neo4 platinum socket 939 board
amd athlon 64 3500+
2 gigs of corsair value ram
leadtek 6800gt (currently being rma'd again, if you've seen phenious' thread)
aspire atx-as500 12v 500w psu

thanks guys,

~T

I dont want to say this but easy things first-
Make sure ALL Wake On.... are turned off and it's possible to turn a pc on by keyboard or mouse.

Now if all is fine there, think it might be a PSU issue possible?

I, myself, have never experienced this but would point to either Bios settings, mobo, or psu.

Sorry, I should have posted that I had already. The bios are fully updated, and all wake-on is turned off.

thanks,

~T
