| Recover a deleted file
Hi guys.
I have just deleted a word document from a removable device and can't get it back  . (skipped the recycle bin) how can i get it back? does anyone know of a good little program that will help me  |

I recommend you use DataRecoveryWizard to get your data back. It is a usefull program for this problem. |

There is a small program called "GetDataBack" that worked better for me then On Track data recovery.... |

I have simply used system restore and restored the system to a date where the file was there.

I have tried all of the above and nothing worked. I just started over.... and it is okay now but thanks for your imput everyone. |

I may be wrong, but if you have a "removable device" such as a memory card, iPod, etc. there is no recycle bin to go through, so becareful don't even try to delete things if you may have some use in the future. Hehe, I deleted my whole Photoshop assignment once  couldn't restore it  had to redo it all  I use Restoration (unknown link) but it didn't help me that time because I had formatted the iPod. |
