How to Import everything from Outlook Express into Outlook

Hi there. Just setting up an Outlook account for a friend and am wondering how I can get their emails from Outlook Express over into Outlook 2002. Is there a way I can do this without having to email each one and all the addresses? Thanks so much.

Also, can you have more than one profile on Outlook????
