Problems with Voltage

I noticed when i downloaded Everest that my -12v is WAY off its +2. Is this bad wiring on my part did i mess up something? Please i would like to get this fixed.

This could explain also why i have had problems with my PC lately.

I believe this is common for the -12 volt to show weird readings.
I would be more concerned about the +12 volt. 11.37 is to low. Usually + or - 5% is ok. On the +12 that would be a minimum of 11.4 I would check the readings in the bios to see if they are different.
