nmvctrl.exe & msseachnet.exe trojan removal

I have Win XP ProSP2. Te other day I was infected with both of these trojans. I have AVG SoHO (updated) Ad-Aware Soho (updated and spybot updated. Non of these will get these nasty buggers out. Any assistance in removing these two will be greatly appreciated.

Hey Doc,

What you got there is the SpyAxe virus. A friend and I both caught it Sunday. It reports false positives for spyware infections and redirects your homepage to an Anti-spyware company "for the cure".

Download the tool and follow the instructions on this page and it will clear it right up.

I had already downloaded and installed smitREM but was unsure if it was the real answer so I hadn't run it. Thanks to you my machine was cleaned up in about 3 min.
