MS Outlook Formatting Problem

I have Win XP, Office XP and having formatting issue with MS Outlook. I have setup "Computer in this message format" to "html" in Tools --> Options --> Mail format. I have an html signature which come out fine when I create a new message but when I reply to any existing message no matter which format they are in (mostly in html format), the format changes to plain text instead of html and the signature comes out all messed up as it clears formatting. How can I keep formatting to stays in html format for all new, forward and reply messages. Thanks

I know what you mean. All I tend to do is just stick the setting to Plain Text.

Seems to be less hassle that way

Forwarding and replying to messages will automatically take the form of the original email. If you receive an email from someone that is in plain-text, you will reply or forward that message in plain text as well.

I would guess your solution would be to remove your auto-sig on forwards and replies. Then when forwarding or replying, choose the HTML format from the Format dropdown list, then add your signature from the Insert dropdown list.
