Cant print in internet explorer?

I know this has been mentioned before but I am still having problems with this error message.
res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg.

I have tried running this which was succesful for other people; Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll.
But although it says succeeded I still get the same message.
Can anyone help me with this please as I am fed up with cutting and pasting all my emails etc.
Do I need to reinstall windows?

Regards. Steve

It sounds like your printer's software is at fault. Removing the software and adding a new
printer in Control Panel would allow the driver to be installed by Windows. From that point
you can run a search for a free utility named "PRINTNOW" that enables the print function in
just about any version of Windows. Once your email is open you press the print screen key
for the screen capture to print the text as well as any background. A good regisry cleaner is
also advised after the removal of the printer's software prior to the add new hardware.
http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads15.html RegCleaner works reliably in all versions of
Windows and is a free utility.
