pulling my hair out, need help.

i jsut built a computer heres whats in it.

Asus A8N-SLI mobo

AMD 64 dual core processor

BFG nvidia 7800 GT OC 256mb

Creative labs sound blaster X-Fi

2GB kingston dual channel value ram. 400MHz

western digital 250GB hard drive

with a 600 watt power supply.

ok heres my problem, i put this all together and it worked fine, i installed windows XP home edition with service pack 2. and i proceeded to instal all my hard ware drivers. everything was god till he next morning, i got some kind of error about the registry and about drivers, (sry i dont remeber wat they were.) so i restart and get the Blue Screen of Death, restart again same thing. so i reformat and everytime windows goes to boot i get the BSoD it dumps the memory and restarts. i ran memtest86 for 20 hours it found no problems, i tried new IDE cables, i tried to reformat again but it wont even do that i get the BSoD when it goes to start the reformat. the error i got is this

0x00000050 ( 0xE1225000, 0x00000001, 0x8094AF46,0x00000001)

if tried different memory and it didnt help so its not the memoryits self, its something wrong with getting from point A(the memory) to point B(where ever). at least thats what i think, PLZ HELP im goin insane here.

Hmmm if it all worked fine for one day and next day you had issues I taking a guess at this but I would believe it could be a heating issue...Check the cpu temps and make sure that the heatsink is seated right.....make sure no connections are loose

Try installing something like Speedfan to monitor the temps. Also try using different RAM sticks (for testing purposes).
