Slow Login Screen Loading Time!!! >_<

Well... after i reinstalled windows, i get this long pause before windows login screen brings up my account for me to login. around 3minutes which is way too long. can any1 help me fix it?

I got the same problem and I dont know what else to do. My users takes 5 to 10 min. to get to windows. Im sure is not the profile and the domain controller are working fine. What can be causing this on the network? sometimes 2 o 3 times a week they are ok but others not, so is something that is not everyday.
Please some help will be really appreciated.
