browser works, messengers don't. help please!
I did a system restore on my HP a705w and everything was working correctly, until i tried to install my messengers. i disabled windows firewall, and norton firewall, but still no luck. anyone know what to do? help would be appreciated!

also, i am able to sign in to a web based version of my messengers. is there any other firewalls windows may be running?
