| Help with spybot, spyware and avast please.
I downloaded Avast last night and then my lap top went crazy. Today I got Spyware Doctor. What else do I need to clean up my computer. Running Windows XP. I also have norton, should I get rid of it? |

If you already had Norton installed and you loaded Avast as well, it's no wonder that your laptop "went crazy." What does that mean anyway?
Remove every bit of Norton/Symantec from your add/remove programs. Get Adaware & Microsoft Defender as well...both free.
Run CrapCleaner to safely remove all your junk files: www.ccleaner.com

Spyware doctor says I have 756 infections found but spybot only found one. What does this mean? |
