    Internet Speeds

     
    How can I find my internet speeds? I have cable with RoadRunner and AOL piggyback. At times the browser is no faster than dial-up. Have unplugged the router and then rebooted with better results. At times I somehow go back to dial-up speeds even though it is not hooked up to a phone jack. What speeds are expected? Thank you.
