Installer error 1619!!

Hello, I keep getting the error
:This installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.:

I have been to many sites about this. By the way the error is from trying to install the tryout version of Adobe Photochop CS2 from their website. Please somebody help me!!

Oh yeah I seen all those before... i have SP2, that's the latest right?
