Bad Pool Header error

Before I call Gateway and pay them $50/min, does anyone know how I could resolve this "bad pool header" error I got when I put a DVD in my drive? Never had this problem before...Thanks, Renee'

No guarantees but it seems to be a bad device driver.
Run a google search for bad pool header error and look over some of the links that come up.

i looked around and it said that ussualy happnes when u intall sp2 , and its ussualy a driver problem so go to the site that made your dvd drive and dl drivers, they said it could be any driver error so you could just go to hardware in the system panel and reinstall everything.
