New Compaq Computer

I now have a brand new Compaq SR1803WM Presario 3.20 Ghz with 512 megs of DDR ram. Onboard Lan and Onboard sound and video. Capable of very high FSB settings. I do not see in bios where or how to change this, which makes me think next that it must be done with jumpers on the board...??? Could this be true? thanks

I know you could do it with jumpers with older computers, but dont think you can with newer ones. And since your overclockin features in your bios are locked out, your out of luck really.
