cli.exe errors and game problems Pc problems

I have 2 problems one i get 2 errors like cli.exe and hpqthb08.exe show this error after my computer resetted when i was loading my game called mu online with a setting on 1280x1024 resoultion. i have a ati graphics card 7000 with 64 mg 2.0 ghz processor speed (intel) 512 mb of memory and this is a custom made computer . Was working completely well for 3 years. The errors are The application failed to initalize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application. with the 2 apps. And then this comes up. " System recovered from a serious error!" I don't know what happened. Can anyone help me. Sorry for the long message.
