If you have another video card and/or power supply you can try swapping out do that first. If neither of those work then it's your motherboard most likely. Try borrowing a friends card if you don't have one readily available. Any cheap card will do.
By the way, I don't know if you were being literal, but don't get upset and cry. The last thing that helps is panic attacks or frustration. Calmly know that your computer will be working within a few days to a week and find the solution. Getting upset doesn't help much!
FINALLY, post your SYSTEM specs (OS, processor, motherboard, RAM, video card). It doesn't always help us find a solution, but sometimes we can eliminate some possibilities or come up with additional ideas based on what you have.

Most likely the Video card or moniter issue. Try swapping each of them out with another. |

Keep it simple...
Always try the easiest solutions first before swapping anything...
A simple loose cable, unplugged power chord, loose card, etc, can all be the cause of the symptoms you describe... |

Have you tried resetting the CMOS? It may have gotten scrambled, which can sometimes prevent the board from booting. To reset the CMOS, you need to short a jumper on the motherboard (see the manual for specific jumper) or remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes. The retaining mechanism should release it easily if you apply pressure to the right place. Go easy and don't force it or you may break something. |

The only issue that would cause is a resetting of the bios everytime it was shut down... that wouldnt affect it getting a monitor signal |
