Vundo Trojan possibly more, need help!

I got this trojan and I think it is spawning other trojans and I it is always making PUP's putting up pop ups and all of this is slowing down my computer. The tojans I saw on my system were Vundo, QLowZones-15, GenericDownloader.y and some other GenericDownloader fiels but I forgot what type of file. Maybe .ab and there was also an error message I recieved about a file comming from windows/system32/components/ flax1.dll, also I get a System Alert: Popups messages on my system tray all the time that says a virus OHPE ver 4.12_23 is running a lot of spyware. After reading some forums I downloaded ewido anti-spyware and am currently using the free trial. I rebooted in safe mode and ran ewido anti-spyware, it deleted a lot of spyware and 1 trojan. ( didnt write it down sorry) i go back on my computer and I am not harrased by PUPs and other messages about spyware and trojans. So I think my computer is fine now until I open up Internet Explorer, I usually use Mozilla Firefox so it was a few hours that my computer was on without any messages of the trojan. When I opened IE a message about GenericDownloader came up and it started again. So I go back to safe mode and run ewido anti-spyware and deleted 70 files. At first it was 400-430 i forgot the exact number. So now I reboot and havn't gotten many error messages since. I did get one or two windows about GenericDownloader but I am scared that if I open IE this will all happen again. I know the trojan is still in my computer as I type this and I just cant figure out how to get rid of it. Here is my Hijack file that I ran right before I pressed post.

thanks for the link it really helped but is there anything else I can do? It seems like the virus is gone but it might still be in my system, if I post my hijackthis log could someone look at the list because there are a few unknowns, thanks.

I was right the trojan was still in my system. It kicked in again today and opened 70 pop ups before I looked back at the screeen and closed them all. I got messages from McAfee saying that windows\system32\winosk32.dll is infected by BackDoor-CVT, that GenericMultiDropper.d and GenericMultiDropper.ab were in my system and it said that my computer is infected by the QLowZones-15 trojan. I am also now getting the Urgent System Message: Virus message again and my computer is infected with iworm_attack_v122.02a. Here is my latest hijackthis log, can someone please help me get rid of this trojan.

MCAFEE!!!! AYEEEEEEEEEE!

Just kidding. You should use something like Avast or AVG.

Anyways, I recommend you download AVG or Avast and give it a AV scan. They will be way more affective than McAfee.

If all comes to nothing and there is nothing more you can do then run an AV scan every day, I suggest you just format your computer.
