Moving songs from Windows iPod to new Macbook?

Hey guys.
I have a simple but devilish question. I just bought my first mac, a macbook laptop. I have a Windows-formatted iPod with 10 gigabytes of songs on it. If possible, I want to get the songs off my iPod rather than transfer them from computer to computer.

Is there a program for OSX that will allow me to rip the songs from my Windows iPod to my OSX Macbook?
