I cannot get my MSI Radeon XS300HM card to detect a TV which is connected using a seven pin s-Video to RCA cable. I use an A/V port that works well with my DVD and get a black screen. nada.

ATI cards allow "forcing TV detection", but other than allowing me to play with the "detected" monitor configuration, it has no effect.
