Ok not sure if this is the right place to post this but hoping someone knows the answer.
I have sky+ and for some reason my remote wont work at all , ive changed the batteries and even used a freinds remote to eliminate the remote being broken. Now it started after one of my kids had hold of the remote , my instinct is that he has somehow locked the remote function. If so then how do i unlock it? Or am i wrong ? and if so any ideas what i should try? Sky customer support isnt an option because all i get from them is "its out of warrrant" and as im no longer a subscriber (just get freesat channels now) i cant threaten them with cancelling!
Please some one help me. Its getting annoying not being able to change channels without going to box and fiddling with the really small and awkward contols.
