A good puzzler..
Ahoy Chaps! ive got a brain cooker for you!

When i boot my pc (to XP SP2 professional) all go fine, login, and then when'nst its loaded the taskbar (startbar) all up, the taskbar freezes! nothing else. just the taskbar... Im wondering if anyone here has had the problem, as i havent really looked into it yet.
