After encountering the problem below I looked up and set up a winxp boot disk from bootdisk.com
It worked to get XP started, but now even with a normal shutdown/restart with Hibernation enabled or disabled, XP can't start-up without the boot disk.
I think it has something to do with me clearing out something I shouldn't have with Registry Clean Expert, and stupidly I didn't make a backup of my registry bfore doing so.
So basically .. How can I get XP to start-up like it used to right from the hardisk ..

This morning I put my XP Home SP2 desktop into hibernation before school, and now it start up. It seems to me something went wrong when it tried to hibernate.
Is there anyway to get it out of trying to boot from the hibernattion file ?
I'm trying the XP boot disk from bootdisk.com, but I cant get my boot.ini set-up correctly (yet).
So I need help on finding another way to override hibernation if I can't get the boot disk to work.
