net card problems

One of me PC won't config the net card. It is a A7V133-c with a 1400Mhz and 512 ram with win2K pro. It does not have constant access to the web and when I tried to connect the net card it would not config. I tried a realtec 8139 and a 3com 3c905-tx in different pci slots. On driver install I got a error message "the INF does not match class" I have never run across this before and have had net cards installed on the MB with success before any Ideas?

See if one of these drivers work.

Thanks Pickel for the driver link. They didn't change anything. I ran the realtek diagnostic program and it says no drivers loaded and with the programs test run it showes

regestory access pass
eeprom access failed
loopback pass
link pass

I have a pci diag card somewhere maybe I should run it.
