HELP!!!: Deleting Non-Delete-able files!

Hey guys,

well ehres the problem...about 1month ago I reinstalled windows xp on my ocmputer becasue of some problems I was having. The problem now is that my hard drive holds 80gb. Somehow I am full up to 79gb already. I can account for about 46-50gb as being my own stuff, program files, windows files.... But how is it possible that all that space can be taken up and I don't know what it is being taken up on. One of my assumptions is that their are some old user files that are taking up this space. When I right one of them it tells me the folder is empty but I don't believe that. Then when I try and delete it tells me that Cannot delete file: accesss is denied. make sure the disk is not full write protected or in use. Well it's not in use I can say that much. Do you guys have any idea on how I can find out where my space is going...ie. programs that tell you or anything else. And also, how can I delete the file. The only thing I havent tried yet is DOS becasue I don't know how to delete from their. I've tried some progrmas like unlocker and moveonboot. None of them worked. Go you guys have and ideas or suggestions?

Thank You

When you reinstalled windows, did you reformat the drive? Is the main Win XP partition defined to use up the entire hard drive?
